Previously it was only available to start on a Thursday because I wanted you to get set for a weekend without booze,  however now it doesn’t matter what day you start and the lessons are still the same. While I process minor changes, just be aware that the daily lessons are notated “Day 1” etc, but please ignore that and plough right on – I didn’t want you to wait to get access!

You may need medical clearance to stop drinking for 7 days:

Depending on how much alcohol you are drinking at this point, it is generally not safe, or advisable, to suddenly quit without medical assistance and/or supervision as you may suffer withdrawal symptoms that can range from mild to serious. If you know that you are currently drinking at an unsafe level it is strongly recommended that you obtain a clearance from your doctor, or other relevant medical practitioner (such as a psychologist or psychiatrist) that you are medically able to suddenly stopping drinking alcohol for 7 days.
